Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an order confirmation or shipping notification email with a tracking number. Follow the steps below to check your delivery status.

Step 1 – Find your tracking number

Open your shipping confirmation email from Cowgirls Candy Rush. Your tracking number will appear near the top of the email, usually labeled Tracking Number or Track Your Package. It may also be a clickable link that takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page.

Step 2 – Track your package

Click the tracking link in your email, or copy your tracking number and visit the carrier's website directly:

• USPS: tools.usps.com – USPS Tracking
• UPS: ups.com – UPS Tracking

Paste your tracking number into the search box and click Track to see real-time delivery updates.
